"By The Phone" is an anthem about the anxiety of waiting for a new lover to call or text you back. The music video travels through time as Frequent Flower waits by the phone for that special someone to call. Ultimately, it ends with a frustrated act of smashing the telephone with a baseball bat.
"The group’s new single 'So Good' charges forward with spunky abandon, full of agile riffs and biting vocals. It’s somehow both earnest and sardonic, a tricky balance that Nihilist Cheerleader continue to pull off with remarkable ease."

Sad Fish pays homage to their favorite 90s action flicks in this award-winning music video directed by Bill Guzik. In the same vein as The Expendables, the band performs as an ensemble cast of action stars with resemblance to Seagal, Cruise, Russell, and more.
"The video, directed by Bill Guzik, and starring Eliana Heiser, Bishop Harry, and Pete Though, brings the group’s surreal and cinematic inclinations to life with a noirish tale of trickery and human sacrifice."

"It’s a dystopian story with an ambiguous ending. You have a protagonist who is hurting and alone, and the music is gentle and lilting. Creates this strange vibe to me. It’s a bit ghostly, a bit melancholic."

"'Stop being what you think you are and be your environment,' Adron says. 'Be the ocean that you’re staring at.'"
-Creative Loafing
"The video refuses to settle into a simple narrative. What starts off as a semi-typical performance clip eventually dissolves into something of a surreal dream."
